how it works

Email us with your request. Once we have given clearance that your trip dates are available we will ask you to then choose from our menus in the appropriate quantities, we'll ask how many people we are prepping for, if your group has any food allergies or special requirements, how many days your trip runs, where you are staging from (pick up is possible from our facility, or we can meet you at staging for an additional fee). We will then ask for a deposit to be sent via etransfer and the balance upon pick up or delivery. Easy peasy.

What We Do For You

ok... you've got your dates booked...now what? Caravan Catering will now jump into action planning and prepping your group's food order. We provide all meal planning, shopping, meal preparation, packaging, weighing for your requirements( helicopters,rafts etc), and will get it to you when you need it, where you need it. All menus come complete with easy to follow instructions for the portions you still have to put together for yourself, pre cooked items packaged and vacuum sealed, and any other things that we have agreed to do for you prior to your trip. We've removed the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest while still having fun in the kitchen.

What Does It Cost?

As we are ultimately creating an menu plan specifically for you, the cost of the service we provide varies. You can use us for whatever portion of your trip you want....just dinners? just breakfasts? baking only? soups and apres? or maybe you want the full meal deal with all of your food taken care of. Typically for a full day of meals,( which includes all shopping, prep and packaging) we are currently asking groups to budget for $75/day per person. This is subject to change based on your menu plan and logistics....but it's a good place to start.
