Please use the following menus to make your selections. Make sure you count your days correctly and provide us with the number of people we will be prepping for as well as any dietary requests you may have. We are willing and able to adjust things here and there to suit.We try to source the finest ingredients possible, all meats come from a local Italian market where they make all their own sausages etc. Expect a high standard of food quality from Caravan. Items subject to change based on seasonal availability....we'll let you know well before your trip of any substitutions.
